I’m starting a second season in a rookie league and competing in all the races. I made a change in a driver and changed the doctor, CD and TD after my first race of this season. Everyone I changed for are more highly starred than the personnel I started with. Has anyone else done this during a season?

Hopefully you've read some of the guides in the "help and support" forum.
And yes, we all have... the idea is to have all your staff's level(excluding Doctor) same as you as a manager. No less than 4 1/2 stars should get you through. Look for young(18-23) Talent 20 driver right a way so that he's well trained by the time you are in pro. And fully maxed by the time you're promoted to Elite.

Thanks for the reply. I changed everyone but me! My new drivers are 20 and 28. Both of them have won races with a ton of podiums and points and even 1 championship. Last year was a learning year, not this year I want to win races.

Hi Michael
If you are serious about improving at the game I suggest you join a more competitive league. Your league has an inactive host, four teams in Rookie and no teams in Pro or Elite.
Find a league where there are enough teams to activate promotion and ideally where there is an active Elite tier. Most experienced Elite managers are more than happy to assist newcomers to the game and will respond to questions posted on the league notice board.
Good luck
Kev.

Thank you. I am planning to move up but I want to do a full season first. I started late in this league last season and want to see how I rate in a full season.
