I have a question 
(I'm sorry, I can't spell English well)
Is it normal that after the league ending, the car points are removed? My car was pretty good, and yesterday after the end of our league, some points of my car were removed from it. Is that normal? I'm new in this game. Could someone help me?

Car design is reset for all teams after the last race of the season is completed. Your starting design for the new season is determined by your chief designer(s) star rating, strength and weakness.
