ok so ive been running my league for 8 seasons now !
and have always noticed that if it rains most cars pit automatically at the beginning changing to intermediates
but now im in the elite league all cars automatically had inters on at the start of the race even tho most people didnt get online intime to see the race !
im very annoyed by this as it gavce people an edge when they didnt deserve one for not being online

If you don't bother to set up or change the advanced strategy then the default is to use Inters if the water level is above zero. So I'm assuming that it was wet at the start of the race (water level above zero) so the game simply applied the default advanced strategy to the cars that hadn't set something different.
Surely the whole idea of an advanced strategy is to assist managers who can't attend, those that do attend have the opportunity to adjust strategy "on the fly" which is usually much more effective.
