What did you try to do?
i logged into my account from browser for the first time and it’s not synced with my mobile account (which is the one i used for weeks)

What happened instead?
once logged into browser my account it’s totally different (different amount of money, no league signed, it asks me to sign for sponsor like it’the first time i play)

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

What operating system is your PC?
windows 10

Just to be sure, you signed in with the same email and password for both and posted this from your PC browser? Have you tried already to clear the browser cache to make sure no outdated cached data is causing those problems?

any browser, different computer same story. My account is like "new" when log in browser. Like it's a different account. At the moment i can't play from browser.

Hi Dave,
did you use Facebook login? If so, try doing a password recovery on your Facebook email address and then you should be emailed credentials for the account which you can use to login. If that doesn't work, contact support as Frank has said and they will be able to get you access.

i jack thanks for reply. i haven’t a facebook account i used mi igp account “acufeni” and mail “acufeni@gmail.com”. I’m sorry i dont get what support are you talking about. Sorry for bad english

i'm sorry, but the situation is the same. From browser i've different money, drivers and i'm not signed to any league. I'm login alway with the same user "acufeni". from iphone, where i'm usually playing, i'm in elite league.. I appreciate your help.

You only have one account in level 14 sync with that mail, please as I said before, try to log in using that mail.
