I'm curently in Elite and I want to join new league. League of my choice is full in Elite, but there are free places in Pro. Can I do something to join this new League in Pro right now? Would I get ballast because of joining lower league?

Also in terms of getting to Pro tier yourself, what you could do would be finding another league that's close to finishing their season and has a free Elite slot but also enough teams to have opened up relegation (easier with 1 car leagues), join them and make sure to race badly enough (as you would have a bad car that's usually the easy part) to relegate. But if their championship fight is close doing that might have an, however small, influence on it, so, apart from being easier and having no potential league switching penalties, taking the offer would be the all around better option.
