Hi N g, the answer is no, sorry. We don't take away accounts from inactive people to give them to other managers.
You can always create a 2nd account yourself if you want.
Ok thanks ,another question ,there are lot of managers didnt play with there accounts and got kick from the league ,then their drivers cannot expires from their contract ,is there any way to get those drivers

I've been in the game for a short period of time, yet I've been reading about this issue quite regularly.
At some point "that's just the way the game is designed" won't suffice as an answer . I think it's safe to say it doesn't right now as it is.
Just the same as the "we're a small team and have our hands full" to deal with current issues that multitude of currently active players are asking to be resolved. Never mind the ones that got tired of playing the game with what they felt was inadequate and just left without placing an account closure request.
Why are accounts not completely deleted from the game when iGP does their purging of what they consider inactive accounts is beyond me.
