There are lot of drivers in the game which their contract doesn't expired because they are not in an league anymore ,how can i get those drivers

If a driver has a contract with another team, it's not possible to buy them. You can put them on your watchlist to get a notification as soon as they would get released from their contract. Or you could try messaging the other manager and ask if you can buy the driver :)

But I would actually advise to invest in your youth academy and recruit and train drivers yourself. You are level 15, if you have a 5 star youth academy, you should get some reasonable drivers that way. And these drivers will be much cheaper than the ones you buy on the market.

But those managers doesn't have a league becbecauthey kicked out therefore their drivers doesn't expires from their contract ,i only got level 1 acadamy that's why i am searching for them

;) Those duplicates are caused by a bug that is currently under investigation. I have deleted them now, consequence is of course that other people reading your comment will not know anymore why you wrote that :D

Yes indeed, if they are not in a league, their contracts will not expire. That's how the game is designed, unfortunately you will not be able to access these drivers.

Start developing your youth academy I would say ;)
