Is there a way to trade your drivers with someone from another team in your league?

No direct trades between teams. The only way is both shortlisting the driver they want to get, then at a time when both manager are online the first manager fires his driver (Sell now!) and the other immediately buys that driver for 3 token plus money before that driver hits the transfer market and then the other way round.
