level 20 driver

hI just looking to know I can't ever seem to get a driver to level 20 only seem to get them to level 18 and the odd one level 19.. I'm on level 20 can anyone give me any information please..

In the current version of the game drivers max out at level 19, as far as I know that is. Any level 20 driver you find is either one of the last remaining ones of the old game or was around as quite a while ago a dev ran a script that set all fully trained and experienced talent 20 drivers to level 20. However the level has no influence on the speed of a driver.
