According to what principle is the order of players in the standings at the beginning of the new season? The power received on the car,in random order,or even have some kind of order?For example, my team is constantly jumping up and down in the Protocol from season to season. I would like to know what is the principle of determining places in the beginning of the season

Before any races, Isn't it in alphabetical order?

in my observation it is based on last season result. 
Sometimes it is a bit mixed up, like Boris said, 1 or 2 Teams are often jumping to another place, i guess it is a bug.

Hard to say. We have both Latin and Russian alphabets mixed up in the League. And it does not work in alphabetical order. As for the results of last season,and then it does not work. The leader of the last championship was on the 13th place at the beginning of the new season,the player who took the 5th place - was on the 11th place. Player on 7 place - now 12. In General, do not in any way that the results of last season

in my leagues it is based on results, the Order fits, the exact place not, because when for example the 2nd is sorted on 14th, then place 3 to 14 are on a wrong place, but in the right order, every Team then is on  one place better. When 2 or 3 teams jumping, it is harder to spot the logic of sorting. Anyhow there are more important areas of the game.
