Do sponsors keep increasing the money they offer you as you level up and your costs increase? Or do you have to find ways to cut costs within your team. I noticed at some point the sponsors offered me a little bit more money a while ago but i haven't noticed any change since so i was wondering if this will always be the case or if more money will become available from them eventually?

Higher levels do increase the money you get from your sponsors as well as the amount you get for exchanging token. But it's not increasing that much and thus keeping an eye on costs becomes quite important especially in the middle game. One thing to cut costs is using drivers from the own Youth Academy as they start with a significantly lower wage than (most) drivers from the transfer market. Later into the end game the money situation eases a bit again as building up the HQ becomes a rather rare occasion and at the latest once your main pair of drivers are fully trained there's no reason to employ an expensive doctor anymore.
