Hi Shane,
I could be wrong, but it sounds as if perhaps you have not fully read the tutorials on Transfers and how the bidding system works. I'd recommend going to the Help page and using '
Re-enable tutorials'.
Let us know if this is a simple misunderstanding or something else.

Hi Jack. Unfortunately after going through the tutorial again to make sure I hadn't missed something i still remain with the issue. It's not a case of IV lost the auction. It's a case of it states IV lost the bet with over a minute left of auction time remaining.

Okay, I just wanted to be sure of that first. An update on this: we identified a problem yesterday and applied an update. It seems to have been related to most, if not all, of the issues with bidding and auctions. Let us know if the problem persists.
