Advanced wet race setting not working

What did you try to do?
Set up the advanced wet weather setup to go to inter 20 laps after the rain stops in GB 19 and go to wet when 2mm

What happened instead?
went to the dry setup straight without waiting any laps, then when the rain restarted it didn't change to the wet setup

Also the race objective didn't appear on the home screen

It happened again in germany today - I set up to have 20 laps on inter when rain stops, but instead it changed to the dry tyres straight away 

Hi further to my report, yesterday's Brazil race we found that there were problems for some teams. https://igpmanager.com/app/d=result&id=23427932&tab=race
Last 3 teams they must have done a wet set up, but because the rain stopped before the race, the 6 cars all started on SLICK. Then they changed to WET although the track was completely dry! after 2 stints or more on wets, they changed to dry again. 

It keeps happening - not a single incident. Looking forward to your reply.
