Wet tyres used in dry race

Hi 
I need some help 

I was unable to make my race tonight and my cars have done the near entirety of the race on wet tyres despite the track being dry from the beginning of the race

Both cars qualified and Started the race on wets doing a 19 lap stint pitted twice doing 19 lap stints putting wets on again, then pitted for a 3rd time putting wets on for a 1 lap before pitting for a 4th time putting on mediums to finish the race

When I set the car up a few hours before the race yes it was raining but I just expected the Car to run on a wet set up but with dry tyres should it had stopped raining before the race as mentioned in the simulator update topic posted on this forum in March but obviously this hasn’t happened in this race 

7 days and no reply, I can’t surely be the only one this has happened to?

Stints should have been 18/19 laps advanced was set up to be over 3 mm fit wets and if stop raining for 2 laps fit inters

2 cars pitted 50 times each (yes not a typo 50 times) and fitted hard tyres at every single pit stop 
The info screen was also telling us the 2 cars was also constantly running out of fuel
