Physical Training is way too slow

We were discussing last night during the race about the speed of training the physical attribute pool, and the older system was favoured due to it's speed of training.
There is three methods considered on improving the physical training:

[*]+2 Health, -1 Weight, +1 Stamina, +1 Reflex
[*]If the driver's weight is at the minimum or health is at the maximum, training is then gifted to either reflex or stamina
[*]+1 Health, -1 Weight, +1 Stamina or Reflex (Plus an additional 10 health if not already at 100%, -3 weight if not at the minimum, or +2 Stamina or Reflex, though only one of these additionals, at an equal random, each eliminated from the chance if it's maxed already.)

It takes sometimes more than two seasons to raise this single attribute
Similar thing can be said about Mental as 5 attributes can only be leveled by Mental alone.

I like the idea of transferring training to either reflex or stamina if weight is mininum or health at maximum.

Both my drivers (across two teams) are high health, but reflexes and stamina are both in the low teens. I'd max the health on both of them well before weight reached minimum or reflexes/stamina maxed out, and not be able to put extra training on Reflex/Stamina if I have nowhere else to put it.

Better. Because I hate it that my driver loses health every race and adding points on physical on add +1 health. That really needed some fix.
