I completed the entire season in this league which is no longer interesting. I want to leave the league and join a more challenging one. However when I go to leave I am being penalised for it. I understand the penalty after a season has started but why at the beginning? The host is also inactive.

The rules state that you get a 10% cash penalty for leaving a league

The rules state that you get a 10% cash penalty for leaving a league

Even if 

a. League host is inactive
b: Season completed in Pro, yet not promoted
c: This makes it so much boring

@Admins: Can you please advise why I am unable to replace the inactive host from my current league inspite of meeting the requirement of min 20 league races?
