Race disqualification

Hi
I've just switched my league and I'm excluded from a first race in a new one. I know the rules, but in the previous league I have had my race at 9:30 PM and in the new one time is 9:00PM. The difference is so small and it is still only one race per day, so maybe you can let me race today's evening? :)
