seeking info about staff lvl

Hello,

I read on some topics that driver experience goes up by 1 point every 10 races and how to train them, but I didn't find any info about staff leveling.

Does your staff gain experience like drivers, or are their level totally fixed ?

Also, I suppose the Hospitality building helps you increase all your drivers and staff morale, and I was wondering if making the morale go up would improve the staff rating, just like drivers ratings go up when you train them.

Your staff will gain experience after around 10 races. I feel like it's lower than 10 races as whenever i check my CD the experience has usually gone up. The hospitality building currently has no use, staff morale doesn't do anything but it may in the future so if you are high level i recommend upgrading so you can be ready for when it has a purpose. Staff level will never go up, that's why it's important to buy new staff when you level up.

Well I just hit level 5 as I just started the game so I think it's better to wait before buying staff
