Now I must understand! I must understand because both my pilots do bad qualifications. I can't think that it's random, it's impossible! I now want a clear explanation because, if the problem is my car, someone must tell me how I finish all the races in the battle for victory!

It's normal, you're leading the championship. In my opinion the game tends to want to rebalance the games and apply a sort of ballast to those in front of the table, proportional to its position or its posting in terms of points. I also notice it in my league, all seasons. Who is behind me in the standings, does not start on pole, but almost always ahead of me. I would also like explanations. I find a logic in this and I would accept it, but it should be said, because feeling asshole saying that it is "a simulation on a totally random ride" gets the most experienced managers away from the game, who have data on data to believe firmly that there is an algorithm similar to the one I told you.

Thank's Gian Michele. Actually it happens sistematically after Monaco, only when I lead the championship. Surely it's not random, it's sistematic!

I would understand the logic, it is understandable the desire to give everyone an extra chance to do well in some races, but I would like it to be clarified, that's all, I don't ask for anything else. The ballast exists for the rookie and pro championships, what would be wrong if it were applied proportionally to the elite ranking? However, if the definition of qualification remains the one that is given now, first of all it makes me laugh, secondly it would distance me from the game, and I would be sorry, because for the rest I am still passionate about it. I would find it sad to attach all the data I have to confirm my hypothesis, so I hope to receive illuminating answers.
