At your manager's level that's a tall order to ask for Nova.  Mostly because you can't purchase any driver or staff member higher than your own manager's level.  Assuming you've read the guides in the "help and support" forum sections, I'd suggest you focus on developing your Youth Academy in your HQ to acquire talented drivers.

Yeah I know that. But I came across a driver with a talent of 15 and o ly a lvl 8...tried to go and buy him but he got swept from underneath me.
