CD

It becomes a very difficult task to try to find CD. It is almost impossible for high levels to find them.

I have been accepting an ACCEPTABLE for 3 weeks but I can not find it.

They could put some more for sale because the truth that makes you want to play because you know you will not have a good car next season.

have to agree with this. really good 4.5+ star CDs with one of the big four as a strength and either Reliability or Cooling as weakness are rarer than unicorns. and when one enters the transfer list they are instantly gone a minute after they enter the market because someone will definitely use the 9 tokens instant buy option. in my opinion we need a more frequent rotation because i keep seeing CDs that no one picks up because of bad strength/weakness over and over again. 

a solution to this would be to simply delete a generated CD (no prior teams etc.) and/or not let him re-enter the market and generate a new CD instead. like this there will still be people refreshing the transfer list every minute until they can snatch a good CD up but at the very least there will be continuous fresh supply.

Now, here is a department iGP needs a lot of time to invest in. Yor CD and TD are detrimental to your team's development. I'm not saying the transfer market should bee flooded with optimal ones, I'm saying there needs to be a lot more than what there are right now! 

Last time i needed to swap to a New CD i ended up buying 11 of them in the auction until a good one came up.

By buying useless ones, it replaces it with new ones?  I wouldn't do that right now, but when I reach level 19 that might  be the only avenue left.

You have to buy the market.  When I hit level 20 I had to buy 30 CDs.  It is a very poor game feature.  Known people quit over time because of it
