Can't type in the in race chatbot

What did you try to do?
Chat and send messages in the in race chatbot

What happened instead?
When typing, only certain characters work. I have a google chrome extension called vimium that may be causing this issue. However, I know there is something in the backend that can be done in order to prevent this. It doesn't seem like like vimium is recognizing the input text box. I do not have this issue in the main chat.

Hi Felix, Is it possible to disable vimium to test of that is indeed causing it? Are you having the same problem also in other browsers?
I'll flag your report in the meantime to support, but would be good to have the results of those tests.

Hi Gert,

As expected, it seems to work while disabling vimium as well as on mobile. It really seems that its the extension that is causing the issue with the in-race chatbox but not the main chat. It is not a critical issue as I can just turn off vimium prior to racing, but it would be a nice to have.

Hi Felix, thanks for the confirmation, that's useful info for the devs. As you say yourself, this is indeed lower priority than some of the other things they are working on, but I have anyway flagged it, so they can consider putting it on their to do list.
