I have just started the Season 2... I have a CD whit 4,5 star, the same for the DT. At the start of the season I'm very late with the R&D. All the other people in the championship are pretty good, but I'm not too.
I have this point for each category (acceleration ecc...)
34 - 18 - 15 -15 - 2 - 13 - 15 - 18
Other guys in the championship tell me to chatting on the forum to report this event, thanks.

Yes, I did. I have the second position in Costructor Championship and I was the faster with the winner in the final races, so I don't know.

You only bought your 4,5 star CD and TD 2 races ago. The stats are however a weighted average of your CD's and TD's stars over the whole last season. So if you had the first 15 races a CD/TD with a lower star rating you end up with a lower car design for the next season.
