Many people have suggested the track updating. But for some reason the developers don't do it. After some years, the only track introduced is the modified Silverstone.
Some also suggested creating tracks from scratch like other games, but seems like they also don't want to do that for some reason.
But you can keep asking. Maybe if many people ask for it they will do something about it
Bastian...
The solution to your final point is easily achieved. Restrict the amount of Kers that can be deployed per lap...just like in real life F1. Win-win.
I don't think we need to restrict KERS and make a problem where no problem exists. Let the developers focus on sth else instead like adding the new tracks.
Bastian...agreed. F1 has this innovation to the points covered. Make Kers more realistic and fastest lap point if you are in the points scoring position would work fine.
Johnny...
I would rather the developers work on eliminating the 'videogame' aspects and enhancing the 'management/racing simulation aspects. Realism over magic powerups for me. Extra tracks...only add extras when faults/inconsistencies are dealt with. I'd rather have 16 tracks in a game that feels like F1 than fifty in a gimmicky racing game.
I have been playing this game for some years. They have been announcing new tracks since I started, and still, no new tracks have arrived. Only Silverstone updated.
So, are they really working on them? No idea. But I stopped believing they will bring new tracks anytime soon
