I have a question for you ...
I went from one championship to another in the PRO category, with the difference that while one was over half of the season, the new one is only at the beginning (third race).
In the info it appeared to me that only 22 Design points were returned to put me on a par with the others, but when I signed up I got only 6 and I add that the average points of Design of my car starts at 6!
I state that I have all the facilities level 18-19 but so there seems to be already condemned to relegation? was there any problem ? to whom can I turn to better understand everything?
Could anyone check?

If you want to avoid design penalties the only time to join a league is during the break between seasons. If you do this your design for the opening race will be as if your active CD had been designing your car for an entire 17 race season. For this reason, if you have more than one CD, make sure the best one is active when you join your new league.
