HoF: only list active managers

I am close to 10k. Currently 155th in Hall of Fame. I realized, there are plenty of managers with 10k rep, who are not in a league. Hence my suggestion:

Only list active managers in Hall of Fame.

"Active" would be, manager has to be in a league.

An even better solution would be to have an option to toggle between including an excluding inactives.

Similar suggestions to yours have been put forth since I believe more than a year ago when the newer managers were really starting to gain lots of rep. I especially like the option to toggle between including and excluding inactives. 

Also quite a number of managers have multiple 10k rep account. *clears throat* Mister Gary Collyer, you have like 10 or 20+ accounts up there at 10k rep, right? Some under your name and some under aliases. ?
