Reduced experience depedenxe of level difference half

It's not a bug. Coincident with the introduction of Quick Races the devs have changed the XP calculation for league races.
It used to be 40+(20 x Difference in Level)
It is now 40+(10 x Difference in Level)

Wow! Luckily I am level 17 and next level takes some time anyway. In the past I calculated when I reach next level and planed personell and infrastructure development accordingly. 

This change would have derailed my plans. Please let us know these kind of changes at least 30 days in advance! Thank you!
