I really don’t understand why, bonus for each leve difference, is now 10 instead of 20. I’m in Élite with level20 managers...with new formula i need at last 12race more just for level16! 1year for level18?
So...is it possible restore old experience formula?

I think this is really hit underpanzs....
If anybody is at lvl 19, 20... Zehere is no problem for him... But for us, who are at 13,14 lvl and race in elite??? More difficult... Why??? We need wait for xp moretime....
Ig they would like change xp promotion levels... It would be fine if all levels at game will be move to 30 level....
It can be that same for everybody, but now we have problem, level 19 or 20 havent ..
