Only if your league is private
Not only that! Here are the three requirements, as I stated
here:
The things we check for are:
- The league is private, has been private, and will remain private
- Only one tier is occupied — a private league with multiple tiers is not eligible for manual promotion.
- The level of players is appropriate for the next level up — a level 4 player in Pro or a level 8 player in Elite won't be approved
I suppose this needs to be more transparent, and perhaps I'll make an article on our help desk website,
Zendesk (something which I need to make a lot more articles for).
