Hello administration.

I have an issue in my league with a professional part. 
There are always 16 people in newbies, but people are leaving pro.  Part.  
Is there a way to promote half of newbies to professionals or maybe even all if them? 
People are leaving pro part because it is boring to race one by one. 

Hope there is a way to resolve this.
