Rotate my designers daily to release parts every day. My current situation is underbody one day, and the other 6 components release the following day.

Underbody released on the 15th, so I rotated my designers around to release the other 6 components last night.

They were showing as releasing on the 16th but today I got no email, and in design they are now showing as releasing tonight (17th)

Any help would be appreciated.

Seeing this happening. I have a part set to release in two days. I assign an extra engineer and the design window changes to say it will release tomorrow. I save, navigate away, and come back to the Design window and even with the extra engineer it is back to two days away. Can repeat this, keep adding engineers and it keeps telling me the part will be done tomorrow until I reload the window and find that was incorrect.

Your not using more engineers than you should and going into the negative ? one reason ti mgiht not be saving ?

I had more than enough (and extra on top) designers on each part and I triple check everything before I ever save my work. I definitely had parts releasing on the 16th and they didn't release until the 17th. It's too late to fix anything now though, the parts finally came last night.

I was adding additional engineers and it changed the date of the estimated finish earlier than the actual change. It's an output issue.

I've got parts that are still showing as being completed today, it's now 19:10 and... nothing.
But still showing today's date.
My race prep has started so even if they arrived now it's too late to fit them.

I lodged a helpdesk ticket two days ago but unfortunately no response :(

Please fix the horrible bug I am currently encounter. My designers can only release parts for the current day. If I put 1 or more designers to work, it says it will be ready today (although the hour to release has passed), if I put to 0, of course, no upgrade will be made. I was robbed of about 25% car design in 2 sessions. Please fix this asap, I am losing upgrades here.

I had the same problem - allocated designers to get parts finished in time for race according to release date - then it updated later to a date after the race.  Has happened twice.  No idea how the guys who race every day make this work - or don't.

I've never had this problem before today, but 3 parts are (still, apparently) due today.
I've got 3 due tomorrow and one the day after, hopefully they'll get done on time and today's 3 with them.

I have found that, the "date" that is displayed whenever you click "Save" can sometimes be off by a designer click.

ie, here's an example:
It shows "1/20/2013" when you save with 15 designers, but if you reload by going into Team->Design again, it'll show "1/21/2013".
Then, if you choose 16 designers, it again says "1/20/2013", and when you save, then reload by going into Team->Design, it'll finally be set for "1/20/2013".

So, there's an off-by-one bug somewhere in the number of designers that are assigned, in certain situations (like: the part was cloned recently, or was upgraded recently, or some other reason)

Just be sure to, after saving, always reload by going into Team->Design, to verify.  Fun.

I don't understand the complicated method and I don't need to. Bottom line is this is a bug and it's igp responsability to fix it asap. Some people are paying good money for this game. Having 0% design instead of 25 is like being robbed.

It isn't a work around to be fair. I know what he's talking about but that isn't the problem I'm referring to :P I had excess designers on every part and I triple check my design work every single day on two separate connections and two separate computers.

It's not a fix, he's talking about a completely different bug (which I am aware of because it does happen quite often) but it has nothing to do with the bug I posted up.

May not have, but it does relate to my case.

I got bit by this bug today. Updated my design yesterday, it said parts would release today. Saved, reloaded the Design page, still said today. I just logged in and now the parts are showing arrival tomorrow.
