I recently purchased an Investment Pack and did not receive the in-game currency. I've sent an email to the contact email but have not gotten a response.
I can provide whatever info is needed to get the issue resolved, I just need someone to contact me so I know what to send over.

Hi Dustin, I'm sorry to hear you've not gotten your Investment Package yet. I don't see an e-mail that seems to be from you, unfortunately. Please send an e-mail once more to support@igpgames.com with the following information:
Provide the following information so I may award the Tokens manually, please:
1) The receipt(s) you received via e-mail from Google Play or Apple
2) The e-mail address for your iGP Manager account if there is one
3) Your team name and league name
If your purchase was on iOS, but the Apple invoice has not yet arrived via e-mail, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. At the top of Settings, tap on your Apple account.
3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
4. At the top of iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID e-mail.
5. Tap ‘View Apple ID’. NOTE: You may be asked to confirm this by password or Touch ID.
6. Scroll down to tap on Purchase History.
7. Screenshot the purchases you did not receive tokens for and e-mail them to us as an attachment.

Update: I've done some further digging, and a setting I disabled in Zendesk, our ticketing service that lets us keep track of e-mails, is resulting in incorrectly flagged e-mail addresses being hidden.
I see your e-mail now, and I'm working on resolving your problem as soon as possible. You'll receive an update on your request via the e-mail you sent.
