Leauge chat

Hi, love the game and my leauge has developed really well.... I would ask if there is a way I can read posts in the lower tiers chat, I can only see the elite's chat and want to ensure the rookies get the support they my need when starting out in IGP 

The chat on a league's info tab can be used by anyone in the league.  If you're talking about in race chat, you'd need a team in each tier during the race since guests can no longer chat while spectating.

As a host, this would be a good tool to get a reading of how active the different tiers are. Out of topic I know, but good idea never  the less.
