End of Season - No Promotion from Pro to Elite (More than 16 managers)

What did you try to do?
Its a league error ID=1325

What happened instead?
The 4 people relegated from Elite went down to Pro but the 4 people who won Promotion have not moved up to Elite namely Simon Hiscock, Rob Walker, Stephen Curtis and Benjammin McNamara

Hi Al, I've promoted them to the Elite tier now!
Not sure why they didn't get promoted, but this has now been documented. :)
