4.3 Manager XPManagers have three kinds of experience points (XP) that they can obtain. They are: Reputation, Scouting and Development. Each has its own application and each is calculated differently, see below for more information.
[list]
[*]Reputation - Starts at 5,000, with a range of 0 to 10,000. Completely dynamic and can either increase or decrease based on your finishing position in a race. Racing against managers with higher reputation can result in big reputation gains for yourself if you outperform them. However, the reverse also applies. If you are beaten by a team which you are expected to beat, which has a lower reputation, then this will reduce your reputation. The reputation system is essentially a rank of how well you perform relative to how well you are expected to perform.
[*]Scouting - Starts at 0. Increases by 40XP per race that you attend. Scouting enables you to hire higher level staff and drivers. It increases at an identical rate for all teams, and the more often you race the faster you will level up.
[*]Development - Starts at 0. Increases by 40XP per race that you attend. Development enables you to build better facilities, which in turn generates many other benefits. It increases at an identical rate for all teams, and the more often you race the faster you will level up.

However, in our league some people got lvl 3 Development level before last race and some got after last race (Bahrain GP). How is it possible, that some got more XP if we have attended the exact same number of races?
I obviously cannot point out who got lvl 3 before race and who after as I cannot see the exact XP everyone have, but I am sure you can look into it.
Thank you,
Mart.
