I've seen some cars with paint schemes that aren't available in my standard paint kit. Did a Google search but didn't find anything. Are there tools out there that are different than the in game standard options?
Sorry Yunus, I respectfully disagree. I've seen many liveries that are not available in the livery editor. Perhaps they were available before and no longer are now? Either way, there are plenty of liveries out there that you can't get now.

Any liveries that deviate from what is available in the current livery editor were only available in previous versions of the livery editor, version 1 (2012-2017) and version 2 (2017-2018).
edit: I should add those versions are different physical designs of the car itself as well.
