How can I increase my headcount? I searched everywhere but couldn't find it anywhere. You must be in my mind ... Or is the maximum of 16 people?

In terms of leagues:
1 car is a max of 32 managers
2 car is a max of 16 managers.
After league creation, it is impossible to switch between 1 and 2 cars.
