Specific data is being held by ...............

I have been perusing my competition and noticed that some teams restrict access to their drivers data and others are an open book. 

So how do I hold on to my drivers data?

The game automatically does that for everyone. I assume it's because a message saying "You're not allowed to see this." is too boring.

You can see the stats for your current drivers & for those that are unemployed. You cannot see the stats of a driver employed by another manager
