Issue with engine restock

For some reason, it seems that I have no engines left although I should have had a restock 2 races ago.

When I try to fit a new engine I get the following message: "You have 0 engines available, with a restock due in 18 races"

I tried to switch from my current supplier to another one but with no luck...

Any ideas?

Must of been a bad glitch in the game.

As Edwin has advised, contact the helpdesk and they'll fix the problem for you. If you get no help, harrass Jack or Andrew.

I did that but no response yet.

I had to spend some of my reward points just to get a fresh engine for tonight's race, haha

The issue was resolved before his race, the reward points were reimbursed and most importantly - don't harrass Jack or Andrew. Harrass me. Go to the help desk and submit a ticket. That's why I'm here. If people harrass them everything else slows down. There hasn't been an issue sent to me that could be fixed that wasn't fixed since I've been here. You may not hear from me immediately, but you can be confident that I've seen your help desk email and I'm working on it. It might not be resolved the way you wanted it, but I will at least try to explain why it was resolved the way it was.

Just to be clear, the issue I had was resolved the same day I posted the ticket to the help desk and I am 100% happy with the response from Aaron and the rest of the staff. Thanks guys...
