As IGP League 25679 (League ID: 103342) to which I belong, I would like to become a league host because I am not a league host.
Can you do the procedure?

If the host is inactive for 20 races you will get the chance to take over the league

Your league host is inactive already since more than 20 days. Everyone can become host now. 

In the game (league menu) just press the information button and then there will be an option to take over the league as a host.
