Hi! I won the last pro season in my league but i didnt get the promotion to elite. The second place team in pro no get the promotion to elite too. I don't know what happen

Hi Eddie,
You finished previous season only with 7 managers in pro. You need at least 8 managers for promotion to become active, so it's normal that you didn't get promoted.
Since this is not a bug, I'll move this thread to Help&Support.
