Staff leveling system

how dose your staff level up.... not skill level, but the blue exp bar they hvae. i have 3 staff really close to leveling. i was wonder how they level or if they even do..

Marche, If you are referring to drivers, then their level will increase with training. If you are talking about your chief designer and so on, then they do not level up. When you go up a level you should be hiring new staff at the new level

No that's the group of guys working under that head of staff.
I'm currently only leveling design, as I think that it influences rate of car development.
(And in the new design system, probably pace of project execution, "Velocity in SCRUM terms" - IT.)
