I lost speed in qualifications

this is a glitch of the game - I lost speed in qualifications! I lose 0.3-0.4 seconds from the practice time. 2 races in a row. Engine 100%, pilot 100%.
but the pace is high in the race. The pilot and the team - 20 level

Seen this issue with other level 20 teams

I've had one of my main championship rivals regularly have one car quali 0.3-0.4s behind the other. Easily more than half the races and with a lvl 20 team. Only on few occassions does that happen to me, but it seems there can be unexplainable long spells of bad or weird qualy on this game. It's not something most players have been quiet about either, especially since when cars are similar there's little we can do to influence qualy results.
