Subscriptions to league races.

It would be nice if I could subscribe to different leagues that I want to follow and get a calendar for my subscriptions and perhaps even get a reminder in my mailbox (optional) when a subscribed race is about to start.

Or maybe get a race report in my mailbox for the leagues I subscribed to?
