Buying 5 star staff

I always sort the staff in transfers by star rating, it feels like a week now since I've seen any 5 star available.  Heard it might have changed to where they will gain XP to become 5 star after you've had them for a while. True? Or just coincidence not seeing any 5s?

I guess everyone wants 5 star staff, thats why you never see them, people buy them as soon as they appear. Staff gaining attributes is something i never heard of.

This issue is spreading to lower levels as well I see. 
I would think at your current level it wouldn`t be that difficult to find 5 star staff. TD`s should be easier to find than CD`s. On the other hand Justin, the difference between a 4.5 and a 5 star staff is minuscule overall. I would suggest you focus on your HQ development till you hit level 15 when staff levels are more significant as leveling up takes longer.  

There`s no change on staff development protocol....plenty of talk, but no change as of yet.
