Could not load igp for 5 days now cant get into account

What did you try to do?
I tried turning device on and off, tried reinstalling, updating and nothing until today. Now wants me to start again as rookie when have been playing since may.  Can someone please help me get back where I am as still showing in my league.

What happened instead?
Nothing happenned except loading circle. Now wants to start again

Yesterday we fixed this issue, should be fine if you clear cache and relaunch the app. About the credentials issue, you can use the recovery system. If not, please mail support@igpgames.com with your manager name, team name and league name.
