No engine restock

Any suggestions as to why I'm not getting a restock in engines?  I generally change engines every other race and installed the last one with two races to go until restock....unfortunately, I never got a restock and now sit with engine at 47%, with an indication of 0 engines available and next restock in 18 races?  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I've manually restocked your engines, this is a bug which hopefully was fixed a couple of days ago, probably after your last race. I certainly have a good idea what the problem was now, but there might be a few more cases out there.
