Unfortunatelly, every single race I run into all sort of problems with the site. Today, I raced in Formula GP with my Dinoco team. I entered spectating with another 2D account to see my cars on the track, then wanted to open live timing into another browser, to be able to control cars. But site won't load ! It just said "Waiting for www.igpmanager.com" and it just stood there. I tried with Firefox, Chrome and IE. As of result, my tires became red and not good anymore. I lost good positions. Now my race is ruined. I so wish developers can do something about it. My internet connection was fine, all other things worked. By the times I regained control, it was all over. Simulator was running fine meanwhile, but I couldn't access the site to open another session.
Same here .. I mean seriously? 40 minutes just waiting for the friggin java app to load when my internet is just fine? I lost my race and the championship lead please fix this soon
It's NOT the Java applet, it was the whole iGP site. I talked to David during race, I don't know if he understood me, but I think I was clear. I managed to load 2D into Firefox, using my 2D team account, then site (THE WHOLE iGP SITE) collapsed, it couldn't be reached with ANY browser (I tried with Firefox, IE and Chrome). Meanwhile, simulator (maybe it's on another server ?) ran fine, I could see my tires getting shreded into pieces. Everything went back on lap 5. By that time, tires were destroyed and I had to pit on lap 5. I managed to save a 8th and 11th place in the end, but had this not happened, I am sure I would have placed a car on the podium and the other close by.
As I said during live race, please game developers, get this fixed. This is a commercial product, we are paying for this, you have some responsabilities. Don't get mad at me for pointing out those problems, I am annoyed becaue I feel robbed.
Great ! Now I get CONNECTION PROBLEM on British Racing League 2. I'm sorry, but this is just unacceptable. More than 50% of the races are bugged. Developers, we are paying money for this ! At least, please enter the forum and have a say !
