Car Design didn´t improved

Greetings!
I have a problem with the car design for this season. In the last season I had all the designers working 100% in next year car for no less then 7 races.
The new season is about to begin and my car design didn´t improve a thing since then.
Am I making something wrong? Is it a game bug?
Right now my car performance is really poor in all components and I can´t figure why.

Joao, Can't think of a reason for that. Where do you have the button on the slider?

We could use some more details. For instance, where was your current-season car design in the last season when you assigned your designers to the next-season's car? Seven races is not a lot to boost up next-season car percentages, especially if the current car is at 80% or above. If you don't have many designers assigned to parts, you may not be getting new part designs every day either.

Let us know some more detail and we'd be better able to diagnose what's going on.

The Slide buttom was in next year 100%. In the last season the car was at 90%. I have a lot of designers working in the chassis and it has only 12% of the work done.
I am telling about this because in other seasons this never happened to me.
