Paydrivers

Maybe a silly suggestion, but I don't understand why anyone would hire a driver like this anyway:

Let alone pay 4,4 million for him.

Maybe he could come with a 10 million bonus, or something that is balanced.

I know there's more important stuff to do, but just suggesting as it crosses my mind :P

problem with that is what stops you getting him and then dropping him and keeping the money

have a race limit to have him start before collecting the bonus

Quite like this idea also :) perhaps a season limit or something as thats what pay-drivers are paying for.....a FULL season. 


Maybe best to put this idea at the back of the queue tho till everything else has been done :)

Hmm not sure on this, some pay drivers have genuine talent, when they have been scoped, actual talented drivers will be a thing of the past due to the large budget coming with a paydriver and bags of talent. i would be concerned the market would become full of drivers while paydrivers line the pockets of every manager around.

you can make hundreds of millions if not more with some thought, good results and changing as little as possible over the seasons.

something would have to be worked out to make sure it isnt to advantagous to stick with only pay drivers.

Scrapping "Tallent" and putting random caps on the levels is still the better way.. It would stop 1 million un-used drivers just sitting there and clogging up the data base.
